What You'll Do

Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in
Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up outreach to build relationships and convert leads into residents
Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses
Assist planning and participate in networking opportunities, educational events, and outreach initiatives to increase community visibility
Track sales activity, lead progression, and occupancy goals using CRM and reporting tools
Collaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming resident onboarding experience

Qualifications

1 year of senior living sales or related experience required
High school diploma or GED required
At least 18 years old
