Day to Day:
- Support residents through engaging daily activities, group programs, and special events that enhance overall quality of life
- Encourage involvement by providing hands‑on assistance and adjusting activities to match individual needs and abilities
- Contribute to a friendly, welcoming community by building positive relationships and engaging with residents throughout the day
- Assist with planning and carrying out holiday celebrations, birthdays, themed programs, and special events
- Help prepare activity spaces by setting up materials, organizing supplies, and assisting with clean‑up to maintain a safe environment
Qualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age or older, required
- Must have High school diploma or GED
- Must have one year of experience planning and leading activities or events
- Senior Living experience preferred
- Must speak fluent English
