As our Senior Living Sales Director, you will play a key role in connecting prospective residents and families with the care, support, and lifestyle they need while helping the community achieve occupancy goals.

What You'll Do
- Guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process from initial inquiry through move-in
- Conduct personalized community tours and follow-up outreach to build relationships and convert leads into residents
- Develop and maintain referral partnerships with healthcare professionals, community organizations, and local businesses
- Plan and participate in networking opportunities, educational events, and outreach initiatives to increase community visibility
- Track sales activity, lead progression, and occupancy goals using CRM and reporting tools
- Collaborate with community leadership to ensure a seamless and welcoming resident onboarding experience
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of sales, marketing, or business development experience
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must be at least 18 years of age
