What You'll Do:
- Oversee daily business office operations including payroll, accounts payable/receivable, personnel records, and compliance with regulatory standards
- Manage community financial processes such as invoicing, billing changes, move-ins/outs, and vendor coordination
- Support HR functions including onboarding, benefits administration, payroll coordination, and maintaining employee records
- Supervise front office staff, assist with hiring and performance management, and ensure smooth office workflow
- Provide administrative support to leadership while assisting residents, families, and guests with inquiries and service coordination
What You'll Need:
- 2 years of experience as a business office manager
- Must be 21 years or older
