What You'll Do

Safely administer prescribed medications to residents in accordance with state regulations and company policies
Maintain accurate medication records, monitor for side effects or changes in residents' health, and promptly report any concerns to licensed nursing staff
Deliver attentive, resident-focused care with daily routines including personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support
Maintain a safe and comfortable environment while encouraging independence and preserving each resident's dignity
Provide additional support for residents with higher care needs, using a calm, patient approach to foster engagement and emotional well-being

Qualifications

Minimum age of 18 required
Minimum 1 year of senior caregiving experience required; medication technician certification/training required per state regulations
