Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact, welcoming residents, families, and visitors with a high level of service
- Manage incoming calls, greet guests, handle resident requests, and assist with scheduling transportation and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth front desk operations
- Maintain clear communication between residents and staff while fostering an organized, inviting atmosphere
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Previous experience in concierge services or a customer-facing role within senior living required
- Strong English communication skills required
