Day to Day:
- Supervise and support dining room servers, including training on service standards, food safety, and sanitation
- Deliver excellent customer service by greeting residents/guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience
- Coordinate dining room operations, including scheduling servers and communicating effectively with kitchen staff
- Serve meals and beverages, ensure order accuracy, and maintain clean, well-prepared dining areas throughout service
- Assist with overall dining operations, including clearing tables, prepping supplies, and maintaining a high standard of presentation
Qualifications:
- Prior serving or food service experience required
- Experience in a leadership or supervisory position in restaurant setting required
- Senior living experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Availability to work rotating weekends
