Day to Day:

Supervise and support dining room servers, including training on service standards, food safety, and sanitation
Deliver excellent customer service by greeting residents/guests, taking orders, and ensuring a positive dining experience
Coordinate dining room operations, including scheduling servers and communicating effectively with kitchen staff
Serve meals and beverages, ensure order accuracy, and maintain clean, well-prepared dining areas throughout service
Assist with overall dining operations, including clearing tables, prepping supplies, and maintaining a high standard of presentation

Qualifications:

Prior serving or food service experience required
Experience in a leadership or supervisory position in restaurant setting required
Senior living experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Availability to work rotating weekends
