What You'll Do: 

Handle day-to-day repairs and preventative maintenance across the community
Respond quickly to maintenance issues and support safety procedures, including drills
Keep key building systems running smoothly (lighting, water, equipment, etc.)
Maintain clear and accurate service logs and assist during inspections
Work safely in a fast-paced, physical environment with strong attention to detail

What You'll Need: 

Must be 18 years of age or older, required
High school diploma or GED, required
Relevant maintenance experience, preferred
