Novellus Clairemont is seeking a dependable Medication Aide to support residents with medication services and daily care in a team-driven environment. This role combines hands-on resident support with safe medication assistance under nursing direction.

What You Bring
- At least 18 years of age
- Previous medication aide senior living experience required
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (verbal and written)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to resident safety
- A compassionate, dependable, and team-oriented mindset
What You’ll Do
- Assist residents with medication reminders and administration support, following established protocols
- Maintain accurate records of medications, observations, and care provided
- Observe for any changes in resident condition and promptly communicate concerns
- Support residents with ADLs such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and toileting
- Help ensure a safe, clean, and respectful living environment for all residents
- Collaborate with nurses and team members to deliver consistent, high-quality care
