What You'll Do: 

Lead and oversee all maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance operations for the skilled nursing community to ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment
Direct emergency response efforts and ensure readiness for all life‑safety procedures, including fire drills, disaster preparedness, and compliance protocols
Oversee building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and equipment, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance
Develop, manage, and document maintenance programs, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules in support of surveys and inspections
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to safety, infection control, and facility operations
Provide leadership, training, and oversight to maintenance staff while managing vendors, budgets, and capital improvement projects as needed

What You'll Need: 

Must be 21 years of age or older, required
High school diploma or GED, required
5+ years of maintenance experience in residential, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or property management settings, required
2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, especially overseeing maintenance staff, vendors, and work orders, required
Experience with preventive maintenance programs and building systems, required
Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs, required
