What You'll Do:
- Lead and oversee all maintenance, repair, and preventative maintenance operations for the skilled nursing community to ensure a safe, well‑maintained environment
- Direct emergency response efforts and ensure readiness for all life‑safety procedures, including fire drills, disaster preparedness, and compliance protocols
- Oversee building systems and infrastructure, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting, and equipment, ensuring reliability and regulatory compliance
- Develop, manage, and document maintenance programs, work orders, and preventative maintenance schedules in support of surveys and inspections
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations related to safety, infection control, and facility operations
- Provide leadership, training, and oversight to maintenance staff while managing vendors, budgets, and capital improvement projects as needed
What You'll Need:
- Must be 21 years of age or older, required
- High school diploma or GED, required
- 5+ years of maintenance experience in residential, senior living, hospitality, healthcare, or property management settings, required
- 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, especially overseeing maintenance staff, vendors, and work orders, required
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and building systems, required
- Background in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general repairs, required
