Day to Day: 

Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.
Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement.
Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices.

Qualifications: 

1-3 years of experience required
At minimum 18 years of age or older required
High school diploma or GED required
Must speak fluent English
