Day to Day:
- Drive occupancy growth by managing inquiries, conducting tours, following up with prospects, and securing move-ins for Assisted Living and/or Memory Care communities.
- Build strong referral relationships and represent the community as a trusted senior housing resource through outreach, events, and market engagement.
- Execute sales and marketing plans and consistently meet activity and move-in goals using CRM tools to track leads and conversions.
- Partner with the Executive Director and community team to coordinate move-ins, communicate occupancy changes, and ensure excellent customer experience.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations while supporting staff training and sales best practices.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience required
- At minimum 18 years of age or older required
- High school diploma or GED required
- Must speak fluent English
