Day to Day:

Perform daily repairs and routine maintenance throughout the community
Respond promptly to service requests and assist with safety protocols and drills
Monitor and maintain essential building systems including lighting, plumbing, and equipment
Keep accurate maintenance records and support inspection processes
Work efficiently in a hands-on, fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail

Qualifications: 

Must be 18 years of age or older, required
High school diploma or GED, required
Requires 1-2 years of some experience in general maintenance repairs, painting, and basic HVAC and electrical knowledge
