What You'll Do
- Complete basic repairs and general upkeep throughout the community
- Assist with painting, light plumbing, equipment maintenance, and preventative maintenance projects
- Respond to maintenance requests and help maintain a safe environment for residents and staff
- Keep common areas, resident apartments, and outdoor spaces in excellent condition
- Support safety initiatives, inspections, and emergency preparedness activities
What We're Looking For
- At least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED
- Six months of hands-on experience in maintenance, construction, landscaping, facilities, automotive, or another related trade preferred
- Trade school students, recent graduates, and candidates with transferable skills are encouraged to apply
- Able to work in a physically active role, use maintenance tools and equipment, and lift up to 45 pounds
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to learn
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
