What You’ll Do:
- Oversee health and wellness services for memory care residents using a person-centered approach
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and memory care standards
- Lead, train, and support nursing and care teams
- Manage assessments, care plans, medication oversight, and behavioral support needs
- Partner with physicians, families, and providers on resident care and changes in condition
- Provide on-call support and maintain accurate documentation and records
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Licensed Vocational Nuse (LVN) license in the state of Arizona
- Required certifications: Dementia Care, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- 3–5 years of nursing experience, with memory care experience strongly preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a senior living setting
- Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
