What You’ll Do:

Oversee health and wellness services for memory care residents using a person-centered approach
Ensure compliance with state regulations and memory care standards
Lead, train, and support nursing and care teams
Manage assessments, care plans, medication oversight, and behavioral support needs
Partner with physicians, families, and providers on resident care and changes in condition
Provide on-call support and maintain accurate documentation and records

What You’ll Bring:

Active Licensed Vocational Nuse (LVN) license in the state of Arizona
Required certifications: Dementia Care, CPR, First Aid, and Food Handler’s Permit
Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
3–5 years of nursing experience, with memory care experience strongly preferred
Minimum 1-2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a senior living setting
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license
