What You'll Do:
- Lead fun, engaging programs that promote the physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual well-being of our residents
- Facilitate daily activities, special events, and group programs
- Encourage resident participation and adapt activities to individual needs
- Foster a lively, inclusive community atmosphere
- Use your creativity to celebrate holidays, birthdays, and special moments
- Communicate regularly with residents, families, and staff
What You'll Need:
- At minimum 21 years of age or older, required
- High school diploma or GED, required
- At minimum 2 years of experience planning and leading activities or events in senior living, required
- Must speak fluent English
